Join us for DRBA’s Annual Meeting!
Free and open to the public, DRBA’s Annual Meeting will be held this year at the Reynolds Homestead in Critz, VA. The event will kick-off with food and refreshments at 9:30am followed by a special presentation by guest speaker Jerry Miller, Whitmire Professor of Environmental Science from the Department of Geosciences & Natural Resources at Western Carolina University. Mr. Miller will talk about Microplastics in air, water, sediments and caddisflies in the headwater basins of the Southern Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina.
The Annual Meeting will also highlight DRBA’s successes in 2024, projects planned for 2025, volunteer awards, new DRBA items for sale and more.
After the event around Noon, guests are welcome to pack a bag lunch and picnic on the grounds of the Reynolds Homestead or visit a local restaurant in Patrick County.
Guests are invited to come back to the Reynolds Homestead for DRBA’s March First Saturday Outing which is a loop hike on the Reynolds Homestead property. Learn more about DRBA's March 1st FSO.
